Come2Krakow testimonials

Three years ago we were trying to organise a walking holiday in Poland, travelling by air from Liverpool to Krakow and then transferring by bus to Zakopane to walk in the Tatra Mountains. At first we made slow progress, and it looked as if our plans would come to nothing. But then we were introduced to Simon Matan and everything suddenly clicked into place. Simon has a rare talent - he can make things happen for you, and follows through to a successful conclusion.

He organised our hotel and restaurant bookings and historic tours of Krakow, and, where necessary, bridged the language gap. When we get to Krakow he is always there to meet us and makes sure everything goes smoothly throughout our stay.

Krakow, as a city, has also exceeded our expectations. The historic centre is beautiful, with a long history and fantastic buildings. There is much to see and the city is blessed with many fine restaurants, bars, and places of interest. It is a city where you feel safe and where the people are friendly. A great place to visit.

We have not yet had the need to use Simon's Dental Services, but would have no hesitation in doing so. He is a true professional committed to attaining the highest standards.

I am a director of Costa Blanca Walking Holidays and after deciding to 'branch out' into Poland, was introduced to Simon Matan (owner of Come2Krakow group). I explained that we would like to bring a group of clients from the UK for a walking holiday. He advised on a suitable itinerary which involved a night in Krakow followed by Zakopane  for the rest of the week where we walked in the Tatras Mountains.

His advice and indeed his organisation of the whole week was superb and I cannot speak too highly of him. Our clients went away having experienced a wonderful time. From comments I have heard, I would say the highlights of the week were :

  • A walking tour of Krakow including the Jewish Quarter.
  • Walking in the Tatras Mountains guided by very knowledgeable leaders.
  • Dining out in the many superb restaurants in Krakow and Zakopane.
  • A visit to the Salt Mine at Wieliczka (this alone was worth the visit to Poland).

The best tribute to Simon is the fact that, in September, we are coming back this for the third year in succession.

Our group from Slovakia spent a beautiful Easter holidays in Krakow with the help of Simon Matan  from Complex Medical & Dental Travel Agency. We loved the beautiful and peaceful climate of Krakow. We had half a day programme in the nearby Wieliczka Salt Mine and after that we had half a day city tour round Krakow. On Easter Sunday our group had the possibility of personalised sightseeing and take a look at the most famous monuments, some went to the Sacrifice of the Mass to one of the Krakow´s churches.  Our group very enjoyed the holiday and we returned to Slovakia with great experiences.

Thanks once again to Simon Matan for his help.

Our party of a dozen was more than taken care of by Simon during our trip to Krakow last August. We were only over for a long weekend yet from the moment our plane touched down to the ride back to the airport he organised in a luxury vintage Rolls Royce Simon catered to our every whim as if we were his most important clients.  From organising trips to arranging venues to go to for some night-life Simon was always at hand and courteous to the last. Krakow is a great city and Simon is the man to show it to you. Thanks again Simon"
